Getting reinstated is often a complicated process and the time that it takes to get an account unsuspended varies from suspension to suspension. StubGroup can usually submit an appeal within a week. After the appeal is submitted, Google has to review it. Google states that the appeal review process takes 5-7 days but that is only true 50% of the time. We have found that it can take from a few days to several weeks, sometimes a month if Google’s trust and safety team is backed up. However, to speed up longer review times, at StubGroup we are able to push Google to escalate appeal reviews to reach a resolution faster.
