From our experience at StubGroup, Google is not a fan of virtual cards so we do not advise doing this. Sometimes Google will even suspend accounts for using virtual cards if they suspect suspicious behavior on the account. Virtual cards pose challenges for direct monitoring by Google. Opting for transparency and using a physical card allows for better monitoring of payments, reducing the risk of Google flagging your account as suspicious.
