You can find the option to appeal your suspended Google Ads account by clicking on “Contact Us” or “Learn More” in the red suspension notice bar. In some cases, Google’s system makes the option to appeal more difficult to find. If you still can’t find the place to appeal, you may have to scroll down until you see the drop down that says “Google Ads Policy account suspensions Frequently Asked Questions.” Open that drop down and scroll until you see the blue linked text “submit an appeal” under “Can an account suspension be appealed?” That should then take you to the appeal option.
