At StubGroup, we’ve seen this happen to several accounts. Our team has access to be able to push Google to review these appeals. While it can take time to get Google to review “stuck” appeals, it is certainly possible. If you are unable to reach Google support yourself due to your account being suspended, you also may be able to add additional details to the appeal in the account appeal section. That can escalate your appeal if Google gives your account the option.
