There can be multiple reasons why ads are disapproved for compromised site. Google’s scan could be false, there could be a suspicious plugin connected to your site, or there could be malware hidden on your website. To resolve this, run some malware scans from various vendors, remove/fix broken links and redirects, review plugins, check Google’s Search Console for security alerts, and then send Google a report of everything you fixed/updated.
